Eligibility Requirements
Metropolitan Family Services requires that families must be within the federal poverty income guidelines and the parents are employed or attending school. Children of all abilities, disabilities are welcome.

Application Process
The following must be provided to complete enrollment in our early learning programs: proof of address and current income; insurance/medical card; 3 emergency contact persons; your child’s original birth certificate; immunization record; and the name, address and phone of the child’s doctor.
