North Children’s Center receives Gold Circle of Quality from ExceleRate

Congratulations to our North Children’s Center, which recently received the prestigious Gold Circle of Quality designation from ExceleRate Illinois!

ExceleRate, the state’s new quality recognition and improvement system for early learning and development providers, awards its highest designation of quality to the programs with the highest demonstrated quality and comprehensiveness in meeting children’s early learning needs.

We’re as pleased as these smiling faces of the staff and children at the center!

“We are proud to receive the Gold Circle of Quality,” says Site Director Alexis Greathouse. “The teachers and support staff do an amazing job here at the North Children’s Center. Receiving the Gold Quality Rating from ExceleRate solidifies the work that we do every day to support the growth and development of the children in our program while building strong relationships with families.”

Roseann Santiago, who has been working at North Children’s Center for 12 years, says: “What I love about working here at MFS North Children’s Center is to see the children grow as an individual. To get to know each of our families and to be able to help them in whatever they need. I love our staff, because we’re not just co-workers; we’re a family.”
