Sec. Jesse White Shares Life Lessons at Metro Calumet
WHO & WHAT:
Secretary of State Jesse White will share insights on life choices, decisions and responsibilities with 30 young African American men. The young men are part of Metropolitan Family Services’ youth-related programs including Upward Bound, which prepares high school students to enter and succeed in college, and Jack and Jill of America, Windy City Chapter, an organization dedicated to nurturing future African-American leaders by strengthening children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving and civic duty.
The event is presented by Jack and Jill of America, Windy City Chapter, in partnership with Metropolitan Family Services.
