Midway Learning & Wellness Center celebrates dads

After a successful Day to Celebrate Moms, our Midway Learning & Wellness Center spread the love among the dads involved at the center! During A Day to Celebrate Men, our dads enjoyed a continental breakfast with a smoothie station, then spent time at various stations enjoying a day full of fun:

• Meet & Greet Station: Dads got to know one another and shared stories about parenthood
• Self-Care Station: the new Heartland Alliance Health Clinic in Englewood shared health information and resources
• Therapeutic Station: Dads painted or color using adult coloring books
• Build and Take Station: Dads made wooden toys or bracelets for their children
• Board Game Station: We reminded dads how fun it can be to play a board game at home with the family!
