WHAT:
Discover Financial Services has partnered with the Chicago Tribune’s Toy Drive in donating nearly a half-million dollars in KB Toys to children served by Metropolitan Family Services. The donation by Discover is the largest toy donation Metropolitan Family Services has ever received and will benefit more than 9,000 children.
Executives from Discover, Chicago Tribune and Metropolitan Family Services will kick-off the toy delivery with a press conference and reception before joining volunteers from all three organizations to help load thousands of toys onto trucks for delivery to Metropolitan Family Services locations across the Chicago area.
