Midway & North children have new wheels, thanks to Radio Flyer and Cradles 2 Crayons

We’re all staying inside, but Radio Flyer is helping our kids get moving! Longtime community partner Cradles 2 Crayons arranged for a generous donation of Radio flyer wagons, scooters and tricycles.

Special thank you to furniture delivery company Schlep, which donated its time and equipment to drop off the items – about 140 sets of wheels to families in our Midway and North Centers’ Early Learning programs.

Once our families received their wagons, scooters, and tricycles, the fun really started – parents (and their small assistants) put everything together, so the little ones can enjoy!

Aden’s mom shares that Aden likes his pre-bike glider so much, but is not really good on riding it yet as he still has to practice his balance – which this bike will help him with.
