Wellness workshops
Through workshops held during lunch breaks or at other convenient times, employees can discover new ways of coping with everyday problems and concerns. Workshop programs feature a preventive, proactive approach to many of the stresses today's workers face. Our workshops not only draw from EAN's skilled counseling staff, but also from a qualified multidisciplinary group of other professionals, including lawyers and credentialed financial counselors. Some of the current topics available for presentation include:
- Balancing Work and Family
- Stress Management
- Managing Your Finances
- Assertiveness in Communication
- Smoking Cessation
Workshops usually generate lively discussion and the exchange of valuable information, not only between the presenter and participants, but just as importantly, between participants.
