Service Area Eligibility
To receive services, you must live in Cook County or have a pending case at one of the following locations:
- Daley Center, 50 W. Washington St., Chicago, IL
- Domestic Violence Courthouse, 555 W. Harrison St., Chicago, IL
Financial Eligibility
The Legal Aid Bureau serves clients whose household income is 125 percent of the federal poverty level. The figures below are guidelines that help determine who is eligible. If individuals do not qualify we work to connect them with other referrals and resources.
