Program needs. Your account manager will work to form a personal relationship with
your organization to ensure that your needs are met in a timely and comprehensive
manner. Our dedication to your specific needs is a strong quality that differentiates

Your account manager is available to your supervisors, managers and Human
Resources staff on an ongoing and unlimited basis. Your account manager will
provide unlimited consultation surrounding challenging employee situations (such
as anger management, substance abuse, personality conflict, physical illness, etc.).
