The Employee Assistance Network (EAN) provides specialized counseling with a clinically licensed counselor, social worker or psychologist. Counselors are available in person and at a convenient location to assess your mental health and well-being and create an individualized treatment plan. EAN provides comprehensive assessments for substance abuse concerns to employees and their family members. Specialized counselors are available for evaluation, referral to appropriate services and ongoing follow-up throughout this process. EAN offers the resources and support necessary to foster wellness and recovery from drug and alcohol problems.
